The rooms are functional with breakfast included. It has incredible, amazing setting, very close to Bournemouth beach and Rick Stein's restaurant in Sandbanks and the restuarant.

Amazing value, well-appointed 4 star hotel. Well enough space, an air conditioning, and a nice coffee in the room, excellent and absolutely perfect location. From the bus stop 10 minutes on foot.

The hotel is brilliant, pleasant with excellent view of the sea. A wide array of food for the continental breakfast. Unbeatable location - short walk to restaurants/bars as well as the beach or the town centre. Easy walk to Pavillion.

Greatly enjoyed my stay here and would recomand this hotel. Standard decor and the whole property was reasonably priced. Its perfect, central location was a plus. The hotel was minutes away from Bournemouth downtown.

I would recomand the place. The stay here was perfectly pleasant, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with excellent location close enough to Bournemouth for 16years as well as the town's attractions. The staff were so efficient and provided help. The service was excellent.

Incredible good basic hotel location not far from Aruba restaurant which has good menu for family, the pier and big wheel plus a short walk across the road to the Bournemouth International Centre and the fabulous gardens and Bournemouth for a convention the weekend of the 2nd 4th Aug. 5 minutes walk to a live music venue.

The location was great, near to the sea front, in the central area. I was surprised at nearby Costera Deli Kitchen, they had some goodies, drinks. Greatly enjoyed a kettle and an iron in the room. The breakfast was savoury and delicious with honey and fresh tasty options, as example and frequently replenished.
